Hotel Real De Puebla

This hotel has a great location close to the city center, along with a pool, a bar, and connecting bedrooms that are perfect for large families.

The hotel was set in a central area right by the historic centre, the "Best Western Real de Puebla", and the historic center and lots of restaurants in the area. I really enjoyed nice decor of the twin room...

Its location was marvellous and quiet close to many restaurants and bars. The staff was very helpful with terrific services: D

The cleanliness of the place, excellent. I couldn't find a way to turn off the TV, except by removing the power supply with the card.

You go to a hotel to rest, to be with your family, to break the routines.. I don't know if it was just luck or if it's an everyday thing, but I got two room neighbors who were having a private party on Sunday at 7am. I really wouldn't care if it wasn't for the fact that the noises of their activity didn't allow me to continue the dream... Now I wonder: if I made calls or had conversations with someone, even though I thought I had privacy.. Did my neighbors hear everything? It should be noted, in the room there was a door that communicated with the one next door, although it was kept closed. I'm not sure if I would repeat the accommodation. Also, the acoustics of the place allowed street noises to be heard at an average volume in the room. It didn't bother me though I have a tolerance for those sounds. I couldn't say for sure that other people wouldn't mind.

I liked the attention in the bar and restaurant the very good buffet and good facilities.

For a BEST WESTERN chain the bathrooms are very old and too small, the shower area is barely bendable, the water in the shower doesn't come out at all, the sheets of the beds were never changed, because if they are not dirty they are not changed, that is what the waitress told us, the boats with water (2) were left halfway and they were never replaced in the 4 days that we were there, They charge you for parking at the hotel, when it should be free for guests, the towels to dry your body one day we use the same as the day before, the truth is not recommended and never return, when you deliver the room and ask for the bill, do not present the notes of consumption of restaurant, I had to ask before liquidating and make you waste your time.

This place is in a great spot for checking out bars and restaurants. It's a lovely area overall. 🍽️.

I liked the price and location.

The hotel room was not the cleanest, had to ask for fresh towels, beds very uncomfortable and hard.

The stuff was friendly and the price interesting for Puebla. Close to the historico centro. Parking and internet for free.

The hotel is clean, but very old. And dark. But I was not in a good mood anyhow.

The breakfast buffet at this hotel is excellent and offers a variety of options. The staff are helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The central location is convenient, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The inclusion of a simple breakfast and afternoon/evening drinks is a great value. The rooms are spacious and well-designed.

Great location near lively bars and restaurants, making it convenient for nightlife. High quality amenities and comfortable beds with luxurious pillows. Well-designed older building with bright and airy rooms. Helpful staff, although occasionally appeared busy. Impressive breakfast buffet and good meal offerings.

The a twin room was airy and brand-new. It had large bed, and breakfast was good. Location: the hotel was next to the "Best Western Real de Puebla", the city center, pool, bar, connecting bedrooms for large families and many restaurants and bars.

Particularly good location, 1 mile from city center. Nice pool, parking on site.

The staff was great, making us feel welcome throughout our visit.
